Returns & Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to evaluate and resolve them for you.   

 

Please note that, due to their nature, original paintings cannot be returned or exchanged unless you receive a damaged item. In such a case, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and it must be returned for review before a refund can be issued.

You will be notified once we have received and examined your returned order, and if a refund has been requested and approved, you will be refunded the full cost of the order to your original payment method minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred for the return of the order. Additionally, if a third-party payment provider, such as PayPal, was used for the original payment, then any fee retained by this third-party will also be deducted from your refund.
