The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details when purchasing any item. Jessica Francis is not liable for delays or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
When an order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided to the customer so they are able to monitor its delivery progress. Once tracking becomes available, Jessica Francis is not responsible for any missed or uncollected orders.
If you notice any errors in your delivery address details after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately to provide the necessary corrections if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If a refund has been agreed and approved (please see ‘Returns & Refund Policy’ for more details), the customer will be refunded the full cost of the order to their original payment method minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred for the return of the order. Additionally, if a third-party payment provider, such as PayPal, was used for the original payment, then any fee retained by this third-party will also be deducted from the refund.
